What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ starts from 50–300 pairs depending on the style and customization. We can recommend a practical starting quantity for your channel.
How long does sampling take?
A standard sample takes 7–15 days, including custom logo work. We confirm the sample before mass production.
What is your mass-production lead time?
Most orders are completed in 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Peak-season lead times are confirmed in the quote.
Can you use recycled or certified materials?
Yes. GRS-certified recycled PET plush and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics are available on request.
Do you support Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can provide FNSKU labeling, poly-bags, carton specifications and DDP delivery to your warehouse or Amazon fulfilment centre.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typical terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Trade Assurance and other terms can be discussed.
Can you create a custom outsole or packaging?
Yes. We support custom TPR/EVA outsoles, woven labels, hangtags, gift boxes, tissue paper and inserts.
Do you ship DDP worldwide?
We arrange sea, air and express DDP shipping with customs clearance to your door.
